Swim Doctors camps are run under the technical control of experienced International coach Mark Perry and coach to National Age Group champions Jacquie Marshall.

We provide camps not only in the UK, but also regularly arrange warm weather camps abroad.  Swim Doctors training camps are designed to be informative, specific, fun packed and short and to the point.  Water work is skill and technique based.  IT IS NOT a training session.

All our camps feature age specific and practical land work, including flexibility, which can be completed at home.

Swimmers will leave each camp with hard copy back up information sheets to reinforce learning.

At present, camps we are running concentrate on the following disciplines:

STARTS - for all four strokes.  Specific skills relevant to

butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle starts.

TURNS - for all four strokes. Specific skills relevant to butterfly,

backstroke, breaststroke, freestyle and individual medley

INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY swimming and RACE PACING skills
